Writing Prompt: Forgiveness

One of the main catalysts for positive change in my life has been forgiveness.  It is an ongoing process with many deep layers that I continue to work at peeling away however it all started at my first women’s circle where we were lead in meditation to forgive someone.  What came up for me that night was both my adoptive and birth mothers.  I had no idea at the time how deeply this would affect me.

Writing Prompt:

Is there an interaction you have had with your daughter about which you are holding on to pain, resentment or blame?  Are you ready to forgive and free yourself?  If not, accept that and write about what you need to be able to do.
