Understanding the Balsamic Moon

The next few days between Last Quarter moon and the New Moon aren’t good for much work, relaxing and recharging are required during this time.  In our high powered, super busy lives this can be a challenge.   While tuning in to the lunar cycles and encouraging our daughters to do the same, it is imperative to take it easy during this time.  If you don’t, you might feel exhausted, frustrated, and adrift in a sea of uncertainty.  Simply realizing that this is a normal part of the cycle and recognizing it can go a long way to making sure the discouragement you might feel now doesn’t carry on to the next moon cycle.  When I’m busy during this moon phase, I tend to feel like I’m swimming upstream.  Practice allowing right now and your intuition will become clearer!

Astrologer Dana Gerhardt shares:

Even during waking hours, we work in Balsamic much as we do in dreamtime, when the subconscious sorts and catalogues our experience, when it struggles against or integrates conflicting impulses, clearing our residue of feelings, receiving messages of guidance.
